We print your gear on demand, which usually takes 1–2 business days, then shipping adds another 2–5 days depending on your location.

If your Gear shows up damaged or you received the wrong order, we’ll make it right, no questions asked. 

Since each item is made just for you, we can't accept returns for buyer’s remorse, but if there's a real issue, we’re here to help.

• Avoid microwave use – enamel mugs are metal-based
• Suitable for stovetop use, but handle with care (it gets hot!)
• Dry thoroughly after washing to prevent rust on exposed edges
• Avoid dropping – enamel can chip when impacted
