SHIPPING

After your order is placed, it usually takes around 1-2 working days until your package will be shipped as we print the garment only once ordered. Please note that there will be no shipping on weekends and holidays.

Duration:

Delivery can take between 2 to 7 days.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

DISCLAIMER: Please note that customs fees might be applicable for countries outside of the EU (Switzerland, UK …) that must be paid by the customer. If you are unsure about import taxes and duties we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

 

Tracking:

As soon as your order is being shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Just type in the number on our "Tracking Order" webpage to check the whereabouts of your package at any time.


Once we have shipped your order and you have problems with the shipment or delivery, please call your post service first. You can use your tracking number and try and resolve the problem with the delivery service before you contact us. If you're unable to find a resolution, please feel free to contact us directly and we will try our best to figure it out.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

Our main goal is it to see our Team happy while rocking their James Hunter gear. So, if you should have any problems concerning your order, we will definitely find a solution.

Please note that all our gear is hand-printed only on your request. This means that each piece is uniquely made for you. So if you are unsure concerning your size, we are more than happy to assist you to be able to find the perfect fit for you. This way we can limit returns and make you, us and our planet happy 😉

In the event of a return/exchange, please send us a quick email to hello@jameshunter.eu before you return the item. Unfortunately, we can not take back unannounced returns. Next Inststructions follow by email.

 

Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels which means you will have to take care of the shipping costs (see Return Policy) yourself. We can not take back unfree returns.

Once we received your package with the unworn and unwashed items back, we are more than happy to exchange your item(s) and send them right back to you. (no additional costs for you if your address is in Europe)

Or refund the price of the item(s) through the same payment method initially used. Shipping costs are not refunded.
